Visited this place to get engagement/marriage silk sarees. Building has a ground plus two floors and has separate section for all price ranges. First floor catered to 10k to 40k category which was most sought after for major functions. The pricing is bit on the higher side. V got one for 25k and then went to ground floor for fixing the corners. Overall process took around 2 hours. The place was overcrowded and there was hardly any place to stand. Maybe they could try and regulate the crowd which did not happen. V liked the saree but overall experience was bad because of the crowd.

Unlimited stars can be given. This is my father's & mother's one & only choice - textiles for their wedding were bought here in mid 1970s. The same shopping trend continued for the next generation's weddings also. For all the occasions, festivals in our family, temples related clothes offerings, we always visit this shop only. Their price, quality, customer service - unmatchable. Just one THANK YOU can't explain the emotions, feelings of purchase history of more than 50 years. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Excellent sarees and mens dresses, cost also economical, staffs were so humble and showing all collections, saaminathan in mens section excellent person was showing all varieties of pants and shirts, nice person.

Visited this place to window shop however purchased saris, Kurthis, blouse material and jippa. Wide range and quality products.

Collections could be better, staff could be friendly. I was really new to the purchase section and couldn't get any guidance from them. However I liked a few sarees and bought them.

Kumaran silks is a fifth generation shop. Marriages are fixed in heaven but wedding sarees are purchased here for every occasion which is considered auspicious.
